Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Project Manager to join our team. As a Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various development projects from start to finish. Your role will involve working closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
We are looking for civil engineering land development Project Managers that have experience leading civil design engineers in the design of precise grading plans on commercial projects using Civil 3-D subsequently obtaining entitlements and grading permits.
This person will have 6-12 years experience, they will have passed the EIT exam at a minimum and should have a PE License.
