Position Overview:

As a PRN Nurse Practitioner with NIVA Health, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to providing exceptional in-home wound care services. This unique opportunity involves extensive travel throughout the greater metropolitan area, allowing you to bring your expertise directly to patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently conduct comprehensive wound care assessments for patients in-home settings traveling throughout the greater metropolitan area.

- Prescribe and implement treatment modalities while monitoring intervention effectiveness.

- Maintain accurate records and schedules, ensuring seamless patient care.

- Provide patient education on wound care, health conditions, and prescribed medications.

- Promote good health practices and contribute to professional knowledge and research.

Qualifications:

- NP license (Required)

- NPI number (Required)

- Wound care experience required; Certification in Wound Care highly desirable.

- Excellent clinical and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and travel extensively throughout the greater metropolitan area.
