NIVA Health is Hiring a Front Desk Medical Receptionist Near Troy, MI

| Full-time |Tuesday - Friday | No Nights or Weekends |

Our Front Desk Receptionists are the first person a patient sees as they arrive at the office, and are an important part of establishing the patient’s relationship with NIVA Health.

We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and service. The winning candidate must be willing to work in a sleeves-rolled, hand-on fashion, doing “whatever it takes” to help the team grow. Typically, hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm Tuesday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Teamwork - There is a need for the winning candidate to be comfortable and capable working within a team environment. We have a zero-tolerance approach to drama and team members must work together positively and build one another up.
  • Resilience - Willingness to utilize existing skills and talent, while simultaneously learning and executing the company’s proven system to achieve positive patient outcomes and organizational goals. Must be willing to learn new concepts and unlearn intuitive ideas that do not match with the company's structure.
  • Ownership - The winning candidate will have significant income upside - with no cap or limit - if results are achieved. This is a great role for an achiever looking to grow and accomplish vs. seeking purely stability and a place to come daily.
  • Open-mindedness - Whatever it takes attitude with a patient care and sales focus. Additionally, you must possess a willingness to be cross-trained to help the clinic achieve its patient care goals.
  • Positivity - We LOVE patient care and seek a bubbly, positive, sunny outlook from our winning candidate. Relationship building ability as well as a desire to perform outreach with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor is a must!

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1 year Medical Receptionist experience Preferred

Pay Structure, Perks and Benefits

  • Annual pay based on results for this position is comprised of a base pay and bonuses. Typical base is around $33,280 - $41,600 ($16.00 - $20.00 per hour) with average bonuses of $5,000 to $10,000 annually. Income can grow significantly based on results.
