Job location: Austin,TX/ Sunnyvale, CA
Job Type: W2 contract
Good Experience in Genesys Cloud CX routing development engineer with the following skills.
Worked on Contact Center Genesys Development area for 3 years with multi DC implementation. Worked on Cloud CX routing development in Voice and digital areas for at least 2 years.
Ability to custom code in Java, understand and code yaml. Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Pro-active and able to work on own initiative.
