Roles and responsibilities:

• Hands on Experience in Genesys Routing Composer Development required
• Hands on Routing Experience in Composer Multimedia channel Development (Email, Iwd)
• Experience in Service Level Routing and Priority Tuning
• Able to Explain and strong knowledge in Multi-site Architecture

Location: Onsite Austin, TX

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
