Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:

Experience with Microsoft Suite, proficient in Excel. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Excellent typing and transcription skills, including data entry at fast speeds. Ability to research and collect data. Strong customer service skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Prepare tablets with most up to date hardware and software, Call and email customers, send documents utilizing e-signing. Lifting up to 50 pounds.
