NITELINES USA, INC. IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A PHLEBOTOMIST IN THE MEMPHIS, TN AREA
Qualified candidates must submit the following
- Current resume
- Phlebotomist certification / diploma
- CPR (front & back)
- Proof of Immunizations
HOURS: 30 hours per week, Monday thru Friday between 7:00 am – 1:30 pm; with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Excluding Federal holidays.
DESCRIPTION:
- Provide Phlebotomy Services, professional in nature, in a method commensurate with the local community and in accordance with JC standards and BOP policy; maintenance of a waiting list, daily maintenance of laboratory equipment, including advising the COR when equipment requires professional maintenance or repair; biological specimen collection, preparation and packaging for shipment to the BPA laboratories; maintenance of laboratory logs and other records as necessary for complying with CLIA guidelines; inform COR of all information pertaining to the services rendered, i.e., specimen(s) obtained, and reporting any problems arising in regards to laboratory services to the COR or his designee.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one year of Phlebotomist or Lab Technician experience in a clinical setting, and completed a 12-week Lab Technician Program at an approved state program, or possess an Associate's degree.
