Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service BDC Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential clients and generate leads
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the service team to develop effective strategies for upselling and cross-selling
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Communicate product information, promotions, and pricing details to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong proficiency in retail math and inventory control principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively cold call potential clients and build rapport over the phone
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
