Position Summary: Middletown Nissan is looking for a Front Desk Reception Manager. The Front Desk Receptionist intercepts and routes incoming calls, takes messages as necessary or directs callers to the appropriate voice mail box, provides basic information to callers. Is the company’s front-line contact with the public and must represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times. In addition to reception tasks, this position will also manage the other receptionists. These tasks include training new employees, creating a schedule for the department, handling issues within the department as they arise, and assisting the General Manager with various clerical tasks.

TUES OFF
WED 2-8
THUR 9-8
FRI 9-7
SAT 9-6
Schedule is negotiable however Fridays and Saturdays are a must.
