We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-driven Service BDC Agent to join our growing dealership's team. Top candidates will be professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service and proven work experience as a BDC Agent. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of automotive sales.

Position requires on-site in-person attendance

BDC Agent Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
• Logging customer details and comments in our system.
• Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
• Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
• Treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with their Service Experience.
• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
