Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make strategic financial decisions.

Duties:
- Manage and oversee all financial activities of the organization
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Collaborate with other departments to develop financial strategies and plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and basic math skills
- Experience in automotive sales or loan processing is a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively with lenders and customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with title processing is desirable
- Solid understanding of sales processes

Pay: $75,849.51 - $91,345.64 per year
