Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate multi-family properties for acquisition, including conducting market research and financial analysis.
• Build relationships with property owners, brokers, and other industry professionals to identify off-market opportunities.
• Negotiate purchase contracts and manage the due diligence process, ensuring smooth transactions from offer to close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive business plans for each acquisition, including renovation and leasing strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact investment decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for value enhancement through operational improvements and capital expenditures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field (preferred).
