We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join the team working closely with Chef Niven Patel and Mohamed Alkassar!

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Train and supervise employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and manage private events.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and familiarity with different coffee varieties.
- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar restaurant management software.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.
