Territory Recruiter–NIKE USA Inc., Beaverton, OR. Lead full cycle recruitment, the end-to-end process for retail store leadership hiring across multiple levels. Responsible for candidate sourcing, resume review, telephone and/or Zoom screening of candidates and applying business-driven selection and screening criteria to assist the hiring manager. Engage with territory and district leaders, stores, store leaders to source, deliver and hire qualified and diverse talent. Identify, source, and hire the most qualified candidates for positions throughout Nike and Converse. Build talent communities within unique functional skillsets. Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of ambiguity. Develop acquisition practices, principles, applications and methods, including interviewing and assessment. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from SD, VT, and WV.
Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, or Marketing and 2 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a communication-related occupation. Experience must include:
Application Tracking System (ATS);
Full Lifecycle Recruiting;
Behavioral Based Interviewing;
Retail or Restaurant high volume recruiting;
Sourcing;
