**Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Host/Server. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner - Take food and drink orders accurately - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders - Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience - Process payments using a POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area **Skills:** - Proficiency in POS systems - Strong customer service skills - Sales experience is a plus - Knowledge of food service procedures - Understanding of food safety regulations - Ability to work in a kitchen environment - Skill in upselling techniques - Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculations - Experience in food handling and familiarity with the food industry

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
