 This position is primarily responsible for financial reporting, regulatory reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and tax. 

 As an Accounting Manager, you will:

• Develop and manage designated staff within the accounting area.
• Responsible for oversight and management of the month-end close, consolidation process, and subsidiary accounting for Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. and all subsidiaries with the assistance of staff.
• Responsible for all facets of the General Ledger, chart of accounts, maintenance and integrity of financial data, and maintenance of financial records in accordance with sound accounting processes and GAAP. 
• Responsible for Financial Reporting such as management reporting, financial reporting, analyzing monthly and quarterly results, and providing written analysis to the board and management team with the assistance of staff.
• Responsible for oversight and completion of Regulatory Reporting such as Call Report, annual disclosure statement, the FDIC & OCC assessment, Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. consolidation, and Regulatory Reporting such as FRY-9 and FRY-C reporting with the assistance of staff. 
• Responsible for oversight of fixed asset system and policies, accounts payable system and processes, personal property tax, sales & use tax, quarterly tax estimates and book tax provision preparation with the assistance of staff.
• Responsible for monitoring, reporting and analyzing capital both from a regulatory perspective and a planning and growth perspective.
• Assist the Controller & CFO in providing financial support on special projects.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 5 years of bank accounting /reporting experience. 
• 3 years of managerial experience.
• CPA or CMA certification.
