Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics. Duties:

- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Develop design concepts that align with clients' vision and requirements
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software for client presentations and project implementation
- Select appropriate materials, colors, furniture, and lighting to enhance the design concept
- Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design to provide innovative solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Proficiency in software such as Sketch Up, CAD, and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of color theory, space planning, and interior architecture
- Experience in remodeling projects and interior design concepts
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to build relationships with clients and drive sales through effective communication
- Familiarity with drafting contracts and negotiating terms
