LINE COOK

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute the best quality food with finesse and high attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment.
  • Ability to follow direction, show initiative and drive.
  • Ability to maintain calm demeanor on the line.
  • Ability to lead with kindness.
  • Ability to perform independently and ensure high attention to detail with quality and style of food being executed.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of two years' as LINE COOK in a fine dining establishment.
  • Must have high attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced exhibition kitchen environment with ability to work as a team.
  • Must have the ability to execute large quantities of food while always maintaining the highest quality.
  • Food Handler's certificate.
  • Culinary education desired but not required.
