NICHOLAS is Hiring a Sales Analyst Near Las Vegas, NV

Sales Analyst

As a Sales Analyst you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Director of Sales and our entire sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships, managing sales data, and facilitating communication between internal departments an external relationship with vendors, brokers, and other key stakeholders. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: The salary for this position is capped at $70,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Respond to customer inquires via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  1. Order Processing and Management:
    • Assist Director of Sales and District Sales Managers with sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Assist Director of Sales and District Sales Managers in coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  2. Vendor and Broker Management:
    • Assist Director of Sales with vendor and broker relationships.
    • Establish and maintain vendor and broker relationships, oversee and report on vendor and broker performance.
    • Analyze vendor and broker data to identify growth opportunities that will drive sales and margin improvements.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Assist Director of Sales and Sales Managers in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
    • Assist in management of potential leads and provide support in converting them into sales opportunities.
    • Assist with preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  4. Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with Director of Sales calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for sales team.
    • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, presentations, and reports.
    • Maintain and update customer databases and contact lists in CRM.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Liaise with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless coordination.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to relay customer, vendor, and broker feedback and sales related information.

Required:

  • Previous experience in sales administration or similar role.
  • Previous experience in Zoho or similar CRM.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to be proficient in MS Office suite, Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
