Nicholas Air is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near Oxford, MS
This role is NOT remote at this time.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Clerical support to the Accounting Department.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements in a timely manner.
- Enter data into Company systems daily.
- Assist with compiling monthly expense reports.
- Maintain accounting records by making copies and filing documents.
- Perform related work as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must have a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact with coworkers in all departments and levels.
- Must possess the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Office Suite Applications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
REQUIREMENTS
- Report daily to Oxford, MS Headquarters
- Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement
- Subject to pre-employment and random drug testing
- Must pass a background and security checks
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
