As we continue to expand our online presence and reach new markets, we are seeking a talented, dedicated individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Coordinator. This person will be working closely with our team out of our West Hollywood office. We are professional, agile, and inclusive.

This is a position with high-growth potential and opportunities to gain valuable experience in ecommerce, data analytics, and project management.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who will play a key role in optimizing our online sales channels and integrating our systems with major global ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with data analytics, API integrations, B2B communication, navigating/optimizing ecommerce platforms, as well as hold a passion for fashion or fashion jewelry.

Duties:

● Manage and optimize integrations, product listings, and B2B communication with major global ecommerce platforms such as Farfetch, The Iconic, and Wolf & Badger.

● Download, import, clean, and sort data from various platforms to generate actionable insights.

● Create custom product and sales reports using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

● Analyze data and style trends to help curate product availability on different platforms.

● Maintain inventory on platforms and ensure accurate product listings.

● Manage online sales and returns through platforms.

● Communicate effectively with B2B partners to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and plan opportunities to optimize sales.

● Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

● Wear different hats depending on the needs of the business, from data analysis to customer support.

● Openness to acquiring new skills and adjusting to different scenarios, while handling routine tasks, to support the overall success of the team.

Education & Experience:

● Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● 1 years of experience working with major global ecommerce platforms, Shopify and data analytics.

● Strong knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

● Proficiency in using API's and webhooks to integrate different platforms (Strongly desired)

● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

● Passion for fashion or fashion jewelry and a keen eye for style trends.

● Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

● Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.

● Bilingual proficiency is a plus
