- EPIC EHR.
- Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist support with no procedure responsibilities.
- Robust specialist consult support.
- Average 7-10 admissions per night (7pm-7am) with Cross Coverage
- Supported by 2 swing shifts helping with admissions and cross coverage
- Short Swing admitting shift from 3PM-11PM .
- Long swing admitting shift from 4P-2A
- Nocturnist Full FTE is 120 shifts per month with an estimated total compensation $400K
- Retirement benefits of Profit sharing 3% match
