Team Members Needed

NHC Events at Searles Castle is primarily a wedding venue with occasional business meetings and special family gatherings. Our venue is well known as an elegant wedding experience steeped in historic significance.

We are looking for additional members that wish to be part of our “making dreams come true” extended family
TEAM for the upcoming wedding season. We offer a very competitive wage and a variety of opportunities each week. Hours vary and can be used to fit into your schedule. Expect nights and weekends primarily.
Uniform shirts provided and food and beverage provided during shifts.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within our culinary team.

Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and appliances
- Empty trash receptacles regularly
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- Restaurant experience
- Cleanliness and attention to detail

- Culinary knowledge (preferred)
- Food service experience (preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to help out in other areas of the kitchen as needed

Expected hours: 8 – 65 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Weekends as needed
