NGM is Hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative Near Hyattsville, MD
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and welcome them
- Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
- Assist with cellphone sales and promotions
- Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves and merchandise display neatly
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customer with their shopping experience
- Participate in promotional events
Qualifications
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to stay organized, give attention to detail, follow instructions and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner
- Ability to travel for training seminars
Education and Experience
- Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales, and customer service is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
