JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: Service Coordinator / Dispatcher

SUPERVISES: N/A

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Service Coordinator / Dispatcher who is interested in a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in similar service roles, have exceptional organizational skills, and is a team player. In this role, you will work with our field technicians and superintendent reporting to the Service Manager. This is a full-time position requiring excellent telephone / client and in-office communication skills, strong computer and accurate data entry experience, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task, resolve problems and work gracefully under pressure.

This individual will be responsible for the service department’s day-to-day dispatching of field service technicians, routing for emergency calls and direct interaction with the Service Coordinator and Service Representative as needed. You are the main interaction between the client and the business, you will be responsible for answering service department phone calls and either handling the issue or forwarding it to the appropriate individual.

- Must be dependable and prompt

- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and multi-task

- Excellent typing and accurate data entry skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail

- Self-motivated, positive attitude

- Ability to function well alone, or in a team setting

- Prior experience managing multiple projects, setting own deadlines, and meeting goals.

- Construction environment / experience a plus

- Ability to work quickly and accurately under time constraints and against deadlines.

LOCATION: Dallas Metroplex – 100% In Office Attendance
