POSITION SUMMARY

 As an Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining orders, agent, and account information into the company’s database on a timely basis. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Compile agent and account information and establish entry priorities. Interact as needed with Customer Care Team members for clarification on orders prior to order entry.
• On a timely basis, enter order, agent, and account data by inputting information from customer emails.
• Review and verify entered data for deficiencies or errors, correct errors and check all output for accuracy.
• Assist with maintaining efficient operations by following policies and procedures.
• Generate requested. reporting
• Other related duties as requested by management

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Minimum 1-year related data entry experience strongly preferred

· Fast and accurate data entry skills with 99% accuracy

· Excellent organizational and time management with the ability to independently manage and prioritize workload

· Must be highly detail, process, and quality-oriented with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy

· Good verbal communication skills

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based or Mac computer applications and data programs

· Must be able to keep calm and perform in high-pressure, team-oriented atmosphere

· High level of integrity and discretion with an ability to responsibly handle sensitive information
