Grow and thrive as a Human Resource Administrative Assistant with a human service agency focused on maximizing potential! NFI Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled task manager such as yourself to be part of a dynamic HR team. The HR admin will support a variety of personnel related administrative duties as well as work with program managers to ensure payroll is timely and accurate. They will also work with program managers to ensure job postings are current, that new applicants are screened, and they will assist in on-boarding new employees. They will support the agency’s recruiting processes including attending actual and virtual job fairs, and coordinating the intern program. If you like people, enjoy working on a team, are detail oriented, and have a desire to develop skills and experience in the HR field, this may be the position for you!
