Job Description: CNC SWISS Lathe Operator I - 3rd Shift

Location: Noblesville, IN, 46060

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Understand and make machine adjustments to product high quality parts.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards by using inspection equipment including optical comparator, micrometer, calipers.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results.
• Deburr and clean parts.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve production issues.
• Clean and maintain CNC equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production goals and deadlines.

• Mechanical Aptitude - good knowledge of shop tools and machines.
• Great dexterity to work with implants and instrumentation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Must be self-motivated to produce high quality parts.
• Must be team oriented and work with limited supervision.
• Must have a strong desire to learn.
