Job Description: CNC Mill Operator I - 3rd Shift
Location: Noblesville, IN, 46060
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Understand and make machine adjustments to product high quality parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards by using inspection equipment including optical comparator, micrometer, calipers.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results.
- Deburr and clean parts.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and solve production issues.
- Clean and maintain CNC equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet production goals and deadlines.
- Mechanical Aptitude - good knowledge of shop tools and machines.
- Great dexterity to work with implants and instrumentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Must be self-motivated to produce high quality parts.
- Must be team oriented and work with limited supervision.
- Must have a strong desire to learn.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months experience with machining in a manufacturing environment.
- Set-up experience preferred.
