Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer goals by conducting financial opportunity sessions with new and existing clients
• Offer tailored financial solutions through thorough fact gathering and needs analyses.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Comply with all applicable laws, FINRA regulations and company policies and procedures in order to serve clients’ best interests and enhance client satisfaction
• Meet individually with clients to determine their financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses and assets
• Offer strategic advice on products and services, such as investments, insurance coverage and debt management tools
• Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and collaboration with fellow associates.
• Perform market research to stay current with financial trends
• Prepare financial documents such as income projections and investment reports

Qualifications:

• 2 years Financial Advising experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in market development and networking.
• Effective presentation and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to personal and professional integrity.

• 2 Location options: Hybrid in Riverside, Hemet, and Orange County or  Remote based in Southern California
