The ideal candidate will have:

• 6 years of progressive business analyst experience in financial services or banking-related projects
• Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to work with multiple levels of stakeholders
• Banking & Financial Services operational knowledge as well as terminology
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and education
• Interested in being a valued member of a team who is energetic, highly productive, and invested in each other's success as well as the firm's success

This role provides for a compensation range of $!00K-$110K annually with benefits that include a robust package (medical, dental, vision, and 401K).
