Job Title: Blue Yonder TMS Support Consultant
Location: Fort Mill, SC
Duration: Full Time

Skills Required:

• 8 years of BY TMS (modules mentioned above) experience of support and enhancements.
• Provide a functional support to BAU activities as well, product configuration, troubleshooting, etc.
• Good knowledge of Order Management, Load Planning &Allocation , Execution and Financial modules of TMS
• Knowledge of BY TP and BY BA Modules
• Knowledge of TMS architecture, key datapoints for Inbound and Outbound Integration with TMS
• Knowledge of support process, SLAs etc
• Proven experience of attending and resolving the critical issues within tight timelines
