About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Professional Services team, with a focus on healthcare IT and EMR. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that provides a range of services to clients, including scoping, design, implementation, customization, configuration, quality assurance, strategic consulting, and training. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to transform access to post-acute therapy, and the VP will be expected to create and maintain an organizational structure that delivers world-class consulting and implementation, ensuring clients achieve maximum value realization in the fastest possible time.Applicants must have a results-oriented approach and a proven track record of managing a professional services team, particularly in a SaaS or technology-focused environment. The role involves owning the Professional Services P&L, driving sales efforts, and collaborating with other leaders to ensure a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in various aspects of professional services management, including P&L metrics, SaaS software implementation, and working with enterprise-scale customers. Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of EMR, patient engagement, and medical billing systems are a plus. The position is remote, with some travel required, and offers a progressive, mission-driven culture focused on client-centricity and over-delivery.
