Our Operations Manager Role
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our leadership team. As the key player in driving our business plan, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive success. You'll lead project teams to achieve project-specific goals, contribute to company-wide initiatives, and develop your colleagues to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement business plans to drive success
* Lead project teams to achieve project-specific goals
* Ensure business goals are achieved and profit targets are met
* Direct and oversee staff within assigned regions
* Ensure project and safety management processes are in place
* Participate in training and certifications
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
* 15 years of construction experience or 20 years of construction-related experience with 10 years of experience in construction business management
