We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Director to join our Inclusive STEMM Ecosystems for Equity & Diversity (ISEED) department!
Located in AAAS's Washington, DC, headquarters, this Project Director for Disciplinary Transformation reports to the Deputy Director of SEA Change , a program in the Inclusive STEM Ecosystems for Equity & Diversity (ISEED) unit within the Office of Science, Policy and Society Programs.
What You'll Do
Supporting the Deputy Director's vision, operation, and strategic direction for SEA Change, this position provides consistent communication and strong collaboration to achieve project goals. Specifically, this position will provide leadership through the following functions:

The anticipated initial rate of compensation for this position is between $80,000 and $85,000 per year. AAAS currently provides the following benefits for this position: paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, flexible spending account, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, retirement benefits, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance, each subject to the terms of the applicable program. Additional benefits may apply.
