RN Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patients' symptoms, communicating them to physicians for effective care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements, administering injections, and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Adjust and administer patients' medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders.
• Inspect facilities and maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards, including decontaminating equipment and sanitizing surfaces.
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely and effective treatment.

RN Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of California.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
