Job Overview:
Next Step Pregnancy Services is an accredited ambulatory health care clinic specializing in pregnancy, ultrasound, prenatal health, STI testing and treatment, reproductive loss grief care, and social services for families with young children. All services and supplies are free of charge. We are a registered 501(c)3 organization.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of one year of work experience as a Certified Registered Nurse. With a strong focus on health assessment, client care, and administering urine pregnancy tests. The ideal candidate will also possess experience or be open to training for STI sample collection, and early obstetrical ultrasound. Training paid and provided. This candidate will possess a high level of Compassion and excellent Communication skills and overall principles that align with the mission of Next Step Pregnancy Services.
The position reports to the nurse manager under guidance of the Medical Director. Limited ultrasound training possible. The applicant must hold a current RN license in WA state and have one year of work experience.

Duties:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Conduct detailed client intakes and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Administers pregnancy tests
- Evaluates STI clients
- Perform early OB ultrasounds under the supervision of the Medical Provider
- Provides counseling to clients and assists with client referrals for services
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
- Proficient in medical record documentation and electronic health records systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
