Clovity, Inc. is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Near Everett, WA
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.
Shift: 3
Start: 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
Contract Weeks: 14 wkks
Guarantee: 40hrs
Local and Travel RNs and LPNs can be accepted as well
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as CT scans and gastric lavage.
- Provide direct patient care in various settings, including acute care, primary care, and behavioral health.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize electronic medical record systems (Cerner) for documentation and communication purposes.
- Adhere to sterile processing techniques to prevent infection transmission.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to collect and process specimens.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Washington (WA).
- BLS/CPR Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of acute care practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with primary care principles and practices.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
