**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management software and possess strong leadership skills.

**Duties:**

- Manage and supervise construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to maintain project timelines.

- Implement quality control measures to guarantee project specifications are met.

- Utilize construction management tools such as ProCore, Primavera, and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.

- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction activities effectively.

- Oversee safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on building and managing projects.

- Proficiency in using construction software like Prolog, ProCore, and HeavyBid.

- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures in the construction industry.

- Ability to read and understand blueprints accurately.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse project stakeholders effectively.
