Next Level Talent is Hiring a Property Manager Near North Las Vegas, NV
National real estate developer is seeking a Property Manager to oversee an affordable housing property in North Las Vegas. In this role, the Property Manager will be tasked with team management, resident relations, oversight of on-site compliance and community engagement.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in affordable housing management.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure property compliance according to HUD
- Develop and execute intervention strategies for tenants who are non-compliant with lease/compliance requirements.
- Manage REACs and MORs, facilitate Investor Site reviews, LIHTC reviews, and oversee the annual and interim recertification process.
- Document lease violations and coordinate evictions.
- Provide excellent customer services and display courteous and professional attitude towards all residents and visitors.
- Monitor tenant and complex wide arrears and litigation cases.
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Supervise, directs, and monitors the preventive, routine and emergency maintenance/repairs and is compliant with all regulations.
- Conducts and documents unit inspections and bi-annual walk throughs with maintenance team
- Interview, hire and train site employees
- Host weekly team and individual meetings, establishing realistic goals and measures of accountability
- Performs other related duties as required
Required Experience:
- Three (3) years management experience in Affordable Housing, including supervising a team
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- TCS or COS certification.
- EIV experience.
- Yardi experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
