Salary: $80K-$85K Bonus & Excellent Benefits
Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll for approximately 600 employees
• Verify time and attendance records, overtime calculations, and deductions
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings
• Generate payroll reports and assist in audits as needed
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the payroll department

Payroll Administrator Requirements:

• Experience processing multi-state payroll for 500 employees
• 5 years of progressive payroll experience
• Proficient working with payroll software such as Ceridian Dayforce or similar
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar time & expense system
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and to hit deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• A positive team attitude
