Next Level Resources is Hiring a Remote Payroll Administrator - Industry Leader - Hybrid

Salary: $80K-$85K Bonus & Excellent Benefits Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:
Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll for approximately 600 employees
Verify time and attendance records, overtime calculations, and deductions
Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings
Generate payroll reports and assist in audits as needed
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the payroll department
Payroll Administrator Requirements:
Experience processing multi-state payroll for 500 employees
5 years of progressive payroll experience
Proficient working with payroll software such as Ceridian Dayforce or similar
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar time & expense system
Ability to take ownership of tasks and to hit deadlines
Strong communication skills
