A highly successful organization is looking for an Accounts Payable/Junior Accountant to add to their talented and friendly team.
Strong QuickBooks Online experience is required.
Salary Range: $32.00-$34.00/Hour
Accounts Payable/Junior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Process invoices (3-way match) in QuickBooks Online
• Process check runs and various payments (wires, ACH’s)
• Research and reconcile previous balances and past due accounts
• Assist in solving any questions relating to the AP function from both internal & external sources
• Ensure W-9s are obtained for new vendors
• Month-end close reconciliations and journal entries including accruals and prepayments
• Assist Accounting department team members when required
• Special projects

Accounts Payable/Junior Accountant Requirements:

• 5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience a must
• Month-end close experience including basic GL reconciliations & journal entries
• Solid Excel skills
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and to hit deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive team attitude
