Communications Advocate

Job Description:

The Communications Advocate at Next Level Medical is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients, clients and stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service while upholding our core values of Service-Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about the organization's products, services, and policies, and assist patients with inquiries, concerns, or complaints
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues, escalate concerns as needed, and ensure the delivery of appropriate resolutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures by providing feedback and insights to the Director of Communications
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about industry best practices, product updates, and policy changes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

FLSA Status:

This position is classified as Non-Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
