Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Detailer to join our team. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service.
Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report them to the appropriate personnel
- Use various cleaning agents and equipment to remove stains, dirt, and grime from surfaces
- Ensure all vehicles are properly dried after cleaning to prevent water spots
- Drive vehicles to designated areas within the facility or to customer locations as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of car wash techniques, custodial practices, and automotive cleaning products is a plus
- Strong attention to detail to ensure a high level of cleanliness and quality
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
