Our client, a luxury hotel in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and House-persons in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. 

This position requires flexible availability, working a combination of AM and PM shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

Salary: $18.00/hr, paid weekly.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House-persons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess inventory, assign rooms for cleaning and inspection.
• Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms.
• Monitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventories.
• Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform Room Attendant and/or House-person duties, as needed.
• Assist in performance evaluations of Room Attendants and House-persons, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record with several years of experience in housekeeping roles within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure that every aspect of the hotel's appearance meets or exceeds luxury standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with other departments and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Ability to identify and resolve housekeeping issues promptly and efficiently.
• Commitment to providing a superior guest experience through a spotless and welcoming environment.
• Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of a luxury hotel environment and handle unforeseen challenges with grace.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of housekeeping duties.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure round-the-clock housekeeping coverage.
