Hours: Full-Time, Onsite Manager Position

Salary: $70,000-$74,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM

• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years prior experience as a Licensed Property Manager for a Condominium Association.
• License: Active Community Association Management License in the State of Florida is required. Please do not apply if you do not have an active CAM License in the State of Florida.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM-5:30PM. Please be aware that this schedule does not include property emergencies to which this position is required to attend/respond (both during and after normal business hours and weekends).

Compensation: $70,000 - $74,000 annually (depending on experience).

PTO: 24 hours of sick PTO after the 90-day probation period. 40 hours of vacation PTO after one year and 7 paid federal holidays.

This position is for one of our on-site properties located within Broward County. Must have reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver's license.
