Cole Scott & Kissane seeks an associate attorney to practice in commercial litigation, employment law, and community association law.

Responsibilities:

• Practice commercial litigation, employment law, and community association law
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
• 1-5 years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
