The Director of Marketing must be an entrepreneur at heart, be able to work independently, with little supervision, and have a competitive business development acumen that can successfully differentiate NG’s service offerings.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts
- Create marketing materials
- Manage web presence
- Develop and lead SEO strategy
- Develop and lead pay per click campaigns
- Manage company swag
- Take photos and videos
- Write blog posts
- Create and manage newsletter
- Organize and attend trade shows and events
- Oversee company vehicle branding
- 4-8 years of outside sales and customer service background
- Comfortable on construction sites of all sizes
- Familiar with construction and hydro-excavation industries
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills
- Must be physically capable of carrying up to 50 pounds
- Microsoft Office Suite experience

- Self-Motivated
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends
- Collaborate with internal NG Division Managers to align with realistic and achievable goals
- Create SMART Goals and an action plan for account growth
- Highest levels of integrity, customer service, and drive
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 annually
