Job Description: Customer returns processor
Duties:
- Check in, test, and process customer returns
Experience:
- Previous experience with computers
- Familiarity with warehouse safety
- Proficient in using Gmail, Google Sheets along with smart sheet
- Experience with receiving procedures
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations is a plus
-Working In a non climate controled warehouse
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Able to follow company procedures
