The Role:

As the Territory Sales Manager at NexGen Roofing, you will play a crucial role both in the field and behind the scenes. Your days will be split between working alongside your team on-site and strategizing in the office to optimize performance and smash sales goals. Your leadership will be pivotal in crafting plans that boost team productivity and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance team performance.
  • Hold regular company-wide meetings and attend executive meetings to report on team progress.
  • Analyze team metrics to identify opportunities, adjust, and drive growth.
  • Foster a robust, family-first company culture that values each member's contribution.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales deals
  • - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

- 5 or more years of experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role in sales.

- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical ability to manage and interpret sales data.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with public speaking and presentations.

- Adept at balancing fieldwork with office responsibilities.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
